Soft lip liner blended into the full lip blush to give the lips a gentle lipstick look.
This procedure gives definition to the shape of the natural lips that might have been lost or to create symmetry. The full lip blush technique is more advanced than the lip liner technique and makes the lips look more natural. The lip line is softly tattooed on and shaded into the natural lip. This helps to blend the lip line in so it looks natural.
This whole technique helps to add symmetry, fullness and colour for balance volumisedlips, without the use of filler and injections. Lip blush is perfect for clients with altered/ scarred lip lines. Thinner, lightened and uneven lip tones or anyone that loves to wear lipstick on a daily basis. SPMU gives you a 24hour makeup look, whether you have just got out of bed, been to the gym or been swimming. You will save time applying makeup and enhance and correct your natural appearance. It is super effective for enhancing what clients already have and can even put back what clients have lost

Lip blush softens 40-60% once healed; this can make the initial colour in the first 24-48 hours quite scary.
When first completed the pigment sits on the outside of the lips and is always the brightest version of the chosen colour.
Lip blush generally heals really quickly, which can cause panic in some clients. Please be assured that the whole healing process is very normal. Your lips will start to flake and peel generally from day 3. It will initially look like the colour is falling away. It’s really easy to want to pick them; you should refrain from doing so to avoid uneven healed results.
The healed colour will start to settle and come back up through the layers of the skin around day
10 +. But will take 4-6 weeks to fully be healed and visible to its true healed colour. All semi permanent makeup softens in the healing process, once the pigment is healed under the top layers of the skin. You can always add more depth/ brightness at top up appointments.
When healed add clear balm or Vaseline to your lips to make the colour POP!
Lip blush is completed in two sessions. The first takes around three hours. In this first session, a full consultation is carried out, a colour match is completed and the lip line is shaped to the client’s preference and face shape. The treatment is then completed. Four- Six weeks later, the client returns for the second session/ touch up. A touch up can take anywhere from one- two hours. A touch up is necessary because all clients will heal differently and therefore results vary. Sometimes it is necessary to adjust the pigment colour. In the touch up session, the final adjustments are made to assure the client’s satisfaction. Both Sessions are included in the initial price.
Lip Blush can last anywhere from 6-18 months some results lasting over 2 years. I always recommend having colour boosts at around 12 months to maintain best results. This doesn’t go for everyone as some clients skin will hold pigment for longer. Some clients like to return at 8+months to keep the colour looking fresh, this can also be the case if that client’s skin doesn’t take as well to the treatment or if they have frequent exposure to sun/UV.

These treatments are called semi permanent because they will fade over time and annual boosts are required to maintain. But they are still PERMANENT because they will stay for a set amount of time. Pigment fades and breaks down in the skin over time. I cannot guarantee how long pigments will take to fade. You should understand that some pigment can stay in the skin indefinitely.
Medication and health issues must be disclosed with your technician upon booking and
consultation. It is really important that this is discussed as some medication or health issues may interfere with your treatment.
All clients require a patch test prior to treatment.
