Meet The Artist

Hello I’m Jessica.

I have worked within the beauty & hair industry since 2012. Before I opened JESSICA’S In 2017 I first started my career as a hairdresser. I trained for 3 years to complete an advanced qualification and set up my own mobile hairdressing business that I went on to run for a further 3 years. At this time I was also a Bar Manageress in the evenings and weekends, where I independently completed a management course. I soon started to train in beauty treatments such as waxing and tinting. This is where it became clear to me that I wanted to start something of my own, something permanent with a base that I had a passion for. As much as I loved being a mobile hairdresser I still felt there was something missing.

Eyebrows were my first passion. I’ve always taken care of my own brows as well always grooming family and friends brows! After having Semi Permanent Makeup on my own eyebrows, it changed my life! This is where the obsession started and I knew I wanted to do this for others! I researched different training companies for months and went to beauty shows in London to make sure I chose the right company to train with.

K.B Pro is one of the biggest training companies for Microblading & Semi Permanent Makeup, as well as winning loads of awards for their training and their pigments. They came across to me as true professionals and I knew this was what I wanted to bring to my clients.

​

After undergoing 6 months training with K.B Pro, I was a fully qualified Microblading Brow Artist at the beginning of summer 2017. I rented a beauty room from a reputable beauty salon to carry out my treatments. My amazing Microblading and Semi Permanent Makeup career took off from there! My client list quickly began to grow and within a few months I was a full time Brow Artist. I soon went on to complete advanced Microblading with K.B Pro which opened up more possibilities, where I was then able to offer techniques such as shading/ combination brows.

In September 2018 I made the huge decision to open up my own salon on the Business Park in Sittingbourne, where I went on to train in Lip blush, Lash enhancement and Powder/ Digital brows.
I then added Microneedling/ skin rejuvenation as an additional treatment. I haven’t looked back once since my training and salon opening.

I come from a very artistic background, through school and my early work life and I love being able to bring my artistic skills to life on people’s faces! I really do have a passion for eyebrows and semi permanent makeup. Being able to give back to others and change a face and sometimes a life is such an amazing feeling!

I now have over 9 years of experience in the Semi-Permanent Makeup industry. I hold a number of different qualifications and have had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing clients along the way.

 

Since starting my business, I have also started a family and am now a mum to two young children.

 

In January 2026, I moved my treatment room from the business park to my home. It has always been a long-term goal of mine, and it works perfectly for my lifestyle and provides a much better work-life balance alongside family life.

 

I have a separate treatment area at the front of my home, which is fully compliant and certified by the council. It has hot and cold running water, as well as a beautiful skylight directly above my treatment bed.

Over the past 9 years, I have continued to build my client base. I have clients returning every 18 months to 3+ years, and I have also been able to welcome new clients from my waiting list.

 

Looking ahead, I would love to see removal treatments added to my treatment list in the future.
