•Please tell your technician if you are suffering from anxiety or depression. While every endeavour is made to give you the desired result please be aware that there are no guarantees of the outcome. If you proceed with the treatment you are doing so with the knowledge that the outcome is not guaranteed. We advise our clients of this for a few reasons, one being every client’s expectation is different and cannot always be met. The other is because treatment can largely depend on the actual client (skin type, aftercare, age, health, previous Semi Permanent Make-up etc).

•The true healed colour will not come through until approximately 4-6 weeks after the initial treatment.
•During the healing the colour may seem to disappear as it is obscured by the healing layers of the skin. Under no circumstances must you have any further permanent cosmetics work undertaken during this healing period.
•Brows must be left completely dry for the first 7 days ( You must not get your brows wet in bath/shower)
•Aftercare balm will be supplied, Always wash your hands before applying the aftercare balm.

•If the area gets wet, gently pat dry using a clean dry tissue/ towel. DO NOT RUB
•DO NOT pick the area or force any scabs/flakes off early. This will remove the healing colour, which could result in unevenly healed brows.
•Do not expose the healing skin to extreme heat, cold or moisture for two weeks E.G Jacuzzi, hot showers, chlorinated pools.
•Do not apply any make-up, Vaseline or other ointments to the healing area.

Lash Enhancement Aftercare and what to expect post treatment:
Aftercare is simple, do not pick touch or scratch them. Apply nothing to them. Keep them dry but CLEAN, and avoid getting shampoos and products in them, and NO rubbing!

• NO LASH EXTENSIONS FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS AFTER TREATMENT. Do not wear mascara or put any makeup on or close to the area for 7 to 10 days.
• Purchase a new mascara (old ones, even if only used a few times are a breeding ground for bacteria).
• Do not rub, pick or scratch the eyes.
• No swimming, saunas or hot tubs for 14 days.
• If swelling persists, apply a cold compress but do not ice directly on the area.
• If eyes feel itchy and dry, use brand new eye lubrication drops (fake tears).
• Eyes will be puffy and swollen for the first few days and usually worse first thing in a morning or late at night and Eyes may itch.
• Liner will start to flake or look dry around days 3 to 14 and can last longer.
• Failure to clean eyes can result in an eye infection. Keep the area clean but dry in the first days of healing. Seek medical advice if you suspect you have an eye infection.
• The loss of some eye lashes is completely normal; these will grow back in 3 to 4 weeks and not have any permanent damage.
• Usually between days 7 to 20 the liner may look grey or very faded, this is normal and the colour will return around week 4 of healing.
• Some patchiness is normal; the skin around your eye is very thin so extra care has been taken not to go too deep. If correct depth has not been met, pigment can be built up at the retouch appointment in 4-6 weeks. Failure to carry out the top up appointment in this time frame may result in further charges. Lash enhancement will heal subtle and softer.
• Extra Session can be added at £100 for up to 12 weeks after previous session.
